Time for update.
I was very busy lately with coaching and other poker projects and volume is pretty low unfortunately. Since 3-4 weeks I am playing morning schedule. I really enjoy it and can totally recommend to someone that doesn't like playing massive fields and very long sessions. I come from SNG background and playing for 8+ hours in tournaments with 3-5k runners wasn't optimal. Also, I am very happy with 'normal' sleep schedule these days and all benefits that come with it. Due to smaller fields and not many games running in the morning, I decided to play higher stakes as well. It's good practice to play against stronger opponents and also to get more familiar and get more experience with bubble ICM / FT ICM / PKO ICM. These days I am also working on population research which in the future will help me to run exploitative preflop and postflop sims. Ranges of hero vs regs / hero vs playerpool / gto vs gto. I strongly believe that the population research we are doing will be a game changer. On top of that we stick to normal 3-4 review sessions per week and I also coach 16 hours per week. Busy times, but in order to get results, we got to put hours in. There is no way around it.
